Getting Started
Welcome to the Hanfu AI Merchant Platform! This guide will help you get started with showcasing your traditional clothing products to users who are actively trying on similar styles through our AI virtual try-on experience.
How to Become a Merchant
- Visit the Become a Merchant page from the navigation menu
- Click Sign In to Continue if you haven't logged in yet
- Once logged in, click Become a Merchant Now
- Your account will be activated instantly with a $2.00 welcome balance
Managing Products
Adding a Product
- Go to Products > Add Product in your merchant dashboard
- Fill in the required information:
- Product Name: A descriptive name for your product
- Product Image: Upload a high-quality image (JPG, PNG, or WebP, max 5MB)
- External Purchase URL: The link to your online store where users can buy the product
- Optional fields:
- Description: Detailed product description
- Display Price: The price shown to users
- Hanfu Style Tag: Match your product with specific styles for targeted recommendations
- Click Create Product to submit
Managing Existing Products
- Edit: Update product information, images, and pricing
- Pause/Activate: Control whether your product appears in recommendations
- Delete: Permanently remove a product
Understanding CPC Billing
How It Works
Hanfu AI uses a Cost Per Click (CPC) model:
- Upload Products — Add your products with images and external purchase links
- Get Recommended — Your products appear as recommendations to users after AI generation
- Pay Per Click — You are charged $0.15 each time a user clicks through to your product page
Balance Management
- Your products are only shown when your balance can cover the CPC rate ($0.15)
- If your balance drops below $0.15, products are automatically paused from recommendations
- The minimum deposit amount is $50.00
- Deposits of $200+ include bonus credits

Dashboard Overview
Your merchant dashboard provides real-time analytics:
- Balance: Current available funds and total spending
- Products: Number of active and total products
- Impressions: How many times your products were displayed
- Clicks: How many users clicked through to your product pages
- CTR: Click-through rate showing conversion performance

Is registration free?
Yes! Registration is completely free, and you receive a $2.00 welcome balance to get started.
How are my products displayed?
Your products appear as recommendations to users who have just generated AI try-on images with matching or similar styles. This ensures high-intent traffic.
Can I pause my products?
Yes. You can pause any product at any time from the Products page. Paused products will not appear in recommendations.
How do I add more funds?
Go to Balance > Deposit in your dashboard and select a preset amount. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
What if my balance runs out?
Your products will automatically stop appearing in recommendations. Simply deposit more funds to resume.
